For this #FridayReads, my first #SpinsterSeptember read of the year, Sylvia Townsend Warner's "Lolly Willowes", a book originally published 100 years ago, a very early example of #feminist #fiction, and "one of the 100 Best Novels in English" according to The Guardian.

If you're curious and like to read in electronic formats, you can read it for free from a nice #StandardEbooks edition, made from the #wikisource transcription of the book.
